About Joe and Susie
We first met at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT in 1998. After three years of flirting with one another while dating the wrong people we finally ended up together in 2001. We quickly became the best of friends and were engaged in just two short years.
While planning a wedding in Pennsylvania , we moved from Connecticut to Washington state in 2004 to live within the alpine mecca of the United States and to get a break from the rat race on the east coast.
Along with our children, Bruce and Emma, and our dog Cascade, we enjoy getting out in the backcountry in mountain ranges of western Washington. This site is dedicated to our love of the mountains and our passion for photography.
